Erin Rochon leads a team of bookkeepers in hamilton with unique qualifications to suit your needs. We use current and up-to-date project management systems to ensure efficient and timely bookkeeping for your business. Each client has a designated bookkeeper assigned to them and our team also has a project manager who reviews each file on either a monthly or quarterly basis, per your request.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rochon & Associates, Erin Rochon, provides bookkeeping and business manage- ment services for businesses across Southern Ontario.

With over fourteen years’ experience Erin can help you with every aspect of your businesses bookkeeping. In addition, she is also uniquely qualified to support legal, medical and dental professionals. While many companies offer bookke- eping services to business owners, very few of them know and understand the sophisticated software programs that most dental and legal offices use for their bookkeeping.

Proficient in legal software, such as PC Law and Clio Practice Management and dental software such as Dentrix, Abeldent, Logitech, Tracker, Orthodent and Quickbooks, Erin specializes in working with small to medium-sized business and practice owners to ensure compliance and growth while also helping them maintain a great work-life balance.



Alisha is very appreciative to have had the opportunity to learn all facets of business from a very young age. Coming from a family with a business of its own, a great work ethic and customer appreciation was all a part of growing up.

Trying out different career paths was integral to landing where she is today; from working within a family business to a career in commercial real estate for 24 years. In that role she achieved a role as the National Director of the Project and Development Service Team. The role required knowledge of Human Resources, budgeting and day to day operational tasks, marketing, and of client retention, which is very useful in her role today.

In 2015, Alisha wanted to make a career shift which would better suit the family needs, which is when she joined Rochon and Associates. Alisha has been an integral part of the team almost since inception.

In her down time she enjoys the outdoors as much as possible. At the cottage and on the lake is where you will find her most. Alisha tries to always bring a positive outlook to share for each person she encounters.

Kelly Lloyd

Kelly Lloyd

Kelly Lloyd is an experienced accounting bookkeeper in hamilton who started working with Rochon & Associates in February 2021. With a keen eye for details, her responsi- bilities include overseeing financial data, ledger entries, reconciliation, and reports. Her commitment to providing excellent service helps the corporation create and build a better community-based business.

Kelly’s resume includes more than 25 years of bookkeeping and financial management experience within a variety of For-Profit and Non-Profit businesses. Before joining Rochon & Associates, Kelly spent a combined 18 years with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oshawa/Whitby as their Financial Management Coordinator, and Executive Director. She also has experience with small business ownership, including her current Event Planning company.

When not organizing and reviewing financial transac- tions, Kelly likes to give back in her own community, and those around the world. These include working with homeless youth in Uganda and building houses for the vulnerable in the Dominican Republic each year. In her free time Kelly enjoys organizing team building events for Youth and putting in some rounds at boxing.

Melanie Masters has over 30 years of Bookkeeping, Business Management & Administration experience.

She is a driven, goal oriented, highly motivated professional who’s expertise is problem solving (Love a good messy file). She has assisted companies in size from sole proprietors to large corporations to manage their books and day to day operations.

When it’s time to relax, you will find Melanie enjoying the outdoors; hiking, kayaking, camping, or gardening.
