Bookkeeper

Jara is a skilled bookkeeper with years of experience across diverse industries, including trading, real estate, non-profits and law firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology from the Philippines, providing her with a strong foundation in financial management and compliance. Her career highlights include five years managing finances for a trading company and its affiliates, where she gained extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance, and two years specializing in legal bookkeeping for a law firm, honing her skills in Clio legal practice management, trust accounting and reconciliation. Jara specializes in delivering precise and dependable bookkeeping services tailored to the needs of law firms. She ensures compliance with the Law Society’s regulations while maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial records and delivering specialized support for legal practices. Outside of professional work, Jara enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and engaging in community-building activities, which gives her a well-rounded perspective on every project she undertakes.

ROMINA

BOOKKEEPER

Romina is a dedicated and experienced bookkeeper who has specialized exclusively in legal bookkeeping since 2008. With over 15 years of experience working with law firms and solo practitioners, she understands the unique accounting and trust compliance requirements of legal practices. Romina is highly skilled in legal accounting software, including QuickBooks, PC Law, Cosmolex, and Soluno. She ensures that her clients' records are accurate, organized, and compliant with Law Society of Ontario bookkeeping and trust accounting guidelines. Her deep familiarity with legal workflows, combined with a strong focus on confidentiality, reliability, and regulatory compliance, makes her a valuable resource for lawyers looking to maintain financial clarity and peace of mind, helping them stay organized, compliant, and focused on their practice. Romina is also advancing her education by working toward a Bachelor of Management from Athabasca University, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth. When she’s not working or studying, Romina loves spending time outdoors with her husband and son, exploring trails, lakes, and mountains throughout the Canadian Rockies.
